What your notice must contain
Identification of the copyrighted work, either by title or by a clear description.
The location of the material you consider infringing, described precisely enough for us to find it.
Your full name, postal address and telephone number, together with the way you would like to receive our reply.
A declaration of your good-faith belief that neither the rights owner, nor its representative, nor the law has permitted the use you are reporting.
A declaration, under penalty of perjury, confirming that your details are correct and that you either own the rights or are allowed to act for whoever does.
Your physical or electronic signature.
How quickly we respond
A complete notice is acknowledged within 2 business days, and the material it points to is dealt with inside 5 business days. If a notice lacks any required element, we reply with a list of what is missing and take no action until that information arrives.
Counter-notices
If material you supplied was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice through the same channels. It must include the identifying details listed above and a sworn declaration, made under penalty of perjury, explaining that the removal was an error. Scope of this policy
This policy covers material hosted on or delivered through iptv4cheap.best and the IPTV4Cheap service. Anything that is not a copyright complaint, such as setup help or a billing question, belongs in normal WhatsApp support, which keeps the copyright queue free for genuine notices.
