A low price only counts as good value if the service actually runs in your home. The guarantee places the risk of a failed setup on us rather than on you. Together with the free trial and plans that never renew automatically, it means you are never locked into paying for something you cannot use.
Situations that qualify
On a device we support, neither live channels nor on-demand titles will start, despite following the setup guide and tried the fixes our team recommended.
Buffering continues even after the team has switched your server and changed the decoder or player options.
A channel listed on our website at the time of your order is not viewable on your account.
Situations that do not qualify
The service works as described but you have changed your mind, or you get in touch after the 7-day period has ended.
The fault comes from your home internet connection, from filtering by your internet provider or from a device outside our supported list. We will still try to help, and checking compatibility before any money changes hands is exactly what the free trial is for.
Your account was closed because its login was shared or resold in breach of our terms.
How to request a refund

Please give support a fair chance to repair the fault first, since most issues are settled in one chat. When a fix proves impossible, the refund goes out within 5 business days, back to the payment method you used.
Renewal orders
The guarantee applies to your first order only. Renewals are not refundable, because by the time you renew, the service has already been working on your devices. Current prices sit on the pricing page, and since no plan renews by itself, a renewal only happens when you choose to order one.
